Or: Book a package with Steady05/01/2022 |Anyone who calls Assos clothing their own knows the first impression when they open the packaging: the feeling of having a very high-quality product that immediately makes you want to go on a trip.My first look at the new Dyora RS Spring Fall Collection also made my eyes sparkle.As with the summer collection, all parts are black and purple, so the entire Dyora collection can be combined with one another as desired.The Dyora RS Spring Fall Gilet, a softshell vest with a minimalist design, is characterized above all by the windproof and water-repellent three-layer front.The open end on the front of the hem is well thought out: there were no folds on the stomach while driving.The back end has an elastic waistband, which prevents it from riding up the back.The vest always sat correctly on the rides, no tugging or straightening was necessary.Now in spring, when the wind was still cold, the vest was indispensable: on every ride with temperatures below ten degrees, it always kept the middle of the body warm.The vest has no back pockets, that's debatable.What is stowed in the jersey must therefore be taken out from under the vest - which is sometimes a bit fiddly, but in my opinion not an exclusion criterion.The advantage becomes apparent when it rains: nothing can penetrate through zippers or seams.In terms of color, Assos uses black and purple for the Dyora collection - which is chic, but does not ensure great visibility on the street.Therefore, there are reflectors on the back of the vest, which increases visibility at dusk.The Dyora RS Spring Fall Jacket is the perfect mix of long-sleeved jersey and compact softshell jacket - a great addition to the Dyora RS Spring Fall Gilet.The sleeves are made of close-fitting Lycra fabric, and Assos equips the front with wind protection and built-in ventilation.There are three easily accessible pockets on the back.When I first touched it, I wondered whether the jacket wasn't too thin for spring.On the rides, however, the opposite turned out: no matter whether it was cloudy and windy or sunny and warm, the jacket always gave off the warmth that was needed.Together with the Short Skin Fall Baselayer I always felt like I was wearing just the right thing.On many trips I also wore the Dyora RS Spring Fall Gilet, which made the equipment not only functional but also visually perfect.According to Assos, the Dyora RS Spring Fall Bib Shorts S9 with insulating textiles and an aerodynamic fit are intended to fill the gap between summer bibs and spring/autumn knickers.My spontaneous question was: "Who needs lined cycling shorts?"
